1. Introductions
Personal introductions and mentioning media specialities – 30 Min

2. Project showcases.
One from each of MedIT, UBCO and UBC Studios.
What worked with the project, what to do for next time, equipment, budget and Q&A – 20 min each
-Zac presented the Neuroanatomy – Flexible Learning Project
-Zac discussed with community on what it is like to work with faculty, scripting, working with IDs, etc. Community engaged with questions on that process and what he learned during process.
-Saeed showed examples of 6 learning modules they made for Soil Scientists. The project is located at www.soilx.ca using “Wikitude” app which links all together and Wikitude maintains it.
-Zac talked about growing the community organically and introduced the “buddy” system. Open for next meeting.
3. Introducing “Homework”, buddies, and setting group expectations
-The community will meet from 3-4:30pm the first Tuesday of each month.
Homework: Use an app or software that is new that UBC has access to and create a little thing.
